Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15 Year – Considered by many to be one of the most sought after bourbons in the marketplace, Pappy Van Winkle’ Family Reserve was crafted according to the distillery’s exclusive family “wheated” recipe. The smooth, oak flavor blends well with the 90 barrel proof. The nose is intensely fruited but also bears a tantalizing citrus zest note. The body is huge and almost chewable, and the palate is tremendously buttery with some sherry notes, a dash of dried fruits and some rich, creamy vanilla. The finish is long and elegant. The bourbon is selected from barrels in the heart of the distillery’s Kentucky warehouse, where they have remained untouched for 15 years and unhurried by time. “A whiskey connoisseur’s bonanza … remarkable find … ranks with the best whiskeys” Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal. Rated a 98 by the Beverage Tasting Institute
Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year – This fine whiskey has as pleasant a taste as any around. The 10 full years of aging with sweat and spicy notes with a hint of caramel balance nicely with its 90 proof. “Old Rip 10” is a fine hand-crafted bourbon with a rich, plush texture. Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year was rated 91 by the Beverage Tasting Institute.
Hudson Single Malt Whiskey - Hudson Single Malt Whiskey is made in the classic fashion with whole ground malted barley and nothing else. Aged in small American Oak casks, this whiskey is a departure from popular single malt Scotches. The new oak lends a deeper woody affect to the spirit. Rich in color and full flavored, the single malt is an American reinterpretation of traditional Scottish and Irish whiskies. Bottled at 92 proof, Hudson Single Malt stands up nicely to a splash of water, which releases aroma and softens the spirit on your lips. And as with all the “Hudson” whiskey, this spirit improves in your glass as it opens up. Enjoy it slowly.
Hudson Manhattan Rye - Until Prohibition New York was known for its rye whiskey, this feisty spirit was the basis for the legendary Manhattan cocktail, made famous by Jenny Churchill (Winston’s Mum). Rye had not been produced in New York for over 80 years, but Tuthilltown Spirits’ Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey signals the return of the quintessential New York Whiskey. Hudson Manhattan Rye is made from whole grain rye one batch at a time. It is not the blended rye whiskey your parents used to mix with soda, this is honest rye whiskey It is fruity, floral and smooth, with a recognizable rye edge that leaves no doubt the origin of the spirit. Each bottle is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered. Enjoy the return of this classic American spirit. . Hudson Manhattan Rye is bottled at 92 proof.
Hudson 4-Grain Bourbon - Hudson Four Grain bourbon whiskey brings together the distinct characteristics of corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Each batch starts with 800 pounds of grain which is ground at the distillery, cooked and fermented, then distilled twice, and is aged in the company’s signature small barrels. Four Grain Bourbon is a rich full-flavored spirit. The grains are perfectly suited to each other so that the end result balances the soft richness of corn, the sharp peppery notes of rye, all the smooth subtlety of wheat and the sweetness of malted barley. Each bottle is hand numbered.
Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey - Hudson Baby Bourbon is the first bourbon whiskey to be distilled in New York. This single grain bourbon is made from 100% New York corn and aged in the company’s special small American Oak barrels. This unique aging process produces a mildly sweet, smooth spirit with hints of vanilla and caramel. The BABY is Tuthilltown’s first whiskey and the first legal pot-distilled whiskey made in New York since prohibition. Baby Bourbon is a perfect introduction to aged whiskey spirits. It is mild and friendly, bright to the tongue and warming all the way down. Each bottle is hand waxed and numbered. It is a true American classic.

Bernheim Wheat Whiskey - In order to be classified as a wheat whiskey, 51% or more of the grain makeup of the grain recipe must be wheat. 90 proof Bernheim’s wheat content sits right at 51%, with the remaining 49% coming from predominantly corn and barley. Bernheim Wheat Whiskey uses soft winter wheat in its recipe to deliver a smooth, sweet taste. This one-of-a-kind whiskey is hand-crafted according to the traditions that our Master-Distillers have been practicing for seven generations. Bernheim is crisp and light with graham cracker, lemon pie, all spice, and toasted oak. Bernheim is beautifully balanced, and the flavors are well defined with lemon candy, vanilla, and light honey sweetness that isn’t sticky in the least.
Maker’s 46 - Aged to maturity, the 94 proof bourbon has a pleasant, sweet, toasty oak nose with caramel overtones and a more intense aroma without an alcohol nose. The taste is rich, creamy seared-oak flavors; caramel and vanilla notes linger on the front of the palate, but it is still soft enough to hold on the tongue even at 94 proof. It finishes long with a big mouth-watering oaky finish with a little spice without the bitter bite found in older whiskies.

Bulleit Bourbon - Bulleit is made by following the small-batch technique inspired by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. The bourbon’s subtlety and complexity stem from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast. Because Bulleit Bourbon is especially high in rye content, it has a bold and spicy character with a distinctively smooth, clean finish. The hints of oak and spice, the russet color, the crisp, clean flavor that feels smooth in the throat, the notes of vanilla and honey - all add up to a bourbon that has a distinct and individual character.
