Since 2011, Sackets Harbor Brewing Company has developed the widest selection of bourbons in northern New York. Bourbon is the consummate “American Whiskey” and we take pride in offering you the best America has to offer. From single barrel to small batch and from Kentucky to New York, you’ll find your favorite at Sackets Harbor Brewing Company.

Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15 Year – Considered by many to be one of the most sought after bourbons in the marketplace, Pappy Van Winkle’ Family Reserve was crafted according to the distillery’s exclusive family “wheated” recipe. The smooth, oak flavor blends well with the 90 barrel proof. The nose is intensely fruited but also bears a tantalizing citrus zest note. The body is huge and almost chewable, and the palate is tremendously buttery with some sherry notes, a dash of dried fruits and some rich, creamy vanilla. The finish is long and elegant. The bourbon is selected from barrels in the heart of the distillery’s Kentucky warehouse, where they have remained untouched for 15 years and unhurried by time. “A whiskey connoisseur’s bonanza … remarkable find … ranks with the best whiskeys” Paul Pacult’s Spirit Journal. Rated a 98 by the Beverage Tasting Institute

Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year – This fine whiskey has as pleasant a taste as any around. The 10 full years of aging with sweat and spicy notes with a hint of caramel balance nicely with its 90 proof. “Old Rip 10” is a fine hand-crafted bourbon with a rich, plush texture. Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year was rated 91 by the Beverage Tasting Institute.

Hudson Single Malt Whiskey - Hudson Single Malt Whiskey is made in the classic fashion with whole ground malted barley and nothing else. Aged in small American Oak casks, this whiskey is a departure from popular single malt Scotches. The new oak lends a deeper woody affect to the spirit. Rich in color and full flavored, the single malt is an American reinterpretation of traditional Scottish and Irish whiskies. Bottled at 92 proof, Hudson Single Malt stands up nicely to a splash of water, which releases aroma and softens the spirit on your lips. And as with all the “Hudson” whiskey, this spirit improves in your glass as it opens up. Enjoy it slowly.

Hudson Manhattan Rye - Until Prohibition New York was known for its rye whiskey, this feisty spirit was the basis for the legendary Manhattan cocktail, made famous by Jenny Churchill (Winston’s Mum). Rye had not been produced in New York for over 80 years, but Tuthilltown Spirits’ Hudson Manhattan Rye Whiskey signals the return of the quintessential New York Whiskey. Hudson Manhattan Rye is made from whole grain rye one batch at a time. It is not the blended rye whiskey your parents used to mix with soda, this is honest rye whiskey It is fruity, floral and smooth, with a recognizable rye edge that leaves no doubt the origin of the spirit. Each bottle is hand filled, capped, waxed and numbered. Enjoy the return of this classic American spirit. . Hudson Manhattan Rye is bottled at 92 proof.

Hudson 4-Grain Bourbon - Hudson Four Grain bourbon whiskey brings together the distinct characteristics of corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Each batch starts with 800 pounds of grain which is ground at the distillery, cooked and fermented, then distilled twice, and is aged in the company’s signature small barrels. Four Grain Bourbon is a rich full-flavored spirit. The grains are perfectly suited to each other so that the end result balances the soft richness of corn, the sharp peppery notes of rye, all the smooth subtlety of wheat and the sweetness of malted barley. Each bottle is hand numbered.

Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey - Hudson Baby Bourbon is the first bourbon whiskey to be distilled in New York. This single grain bourbon is made from 100% New York corn and aged in the company’s special small American Oak barrels. This unique aging process produces a mildly sweet, smooth spirit with hints of vanilla and caramel. The BABY is Tuthilltown’s first whiskey and the first legal pot-distilled whiskey made in New York since prohibition. Baby Bourbon is a perfect introduction to aged whiskey spirits. It is mild and friendly, bright to the tongue and warming all the way down. Each bottle is hand waxed and numbered. It is a true American classic.

Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon – Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon is 100 proof and has won numerous awards including the “Best American Whiskey Under 10 Years Old”, “Best Bourbon Whiskey, No Age Statement” and the “People’s Choice Award” at the Taste of Bluegrass Festival in 2007. It was given a Five Star rating by F. Paul Pacult of the Spirit Journal in 2007. The nose on the Single Barrel is fruity and spicy with notes of floral, coco, maple syrup and is moderately woody. On the palate the Single Barrel is mellow with hints of ripe plum and cherries. This bourbon finishes smooth and delicately long.

Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon – The Four Roses Small Batch at 90 proof is a balance of the distillery’s four unique bourbon recipes. Small Batch blends are expertly selected by the Four Roses’ Master Distiller to create an exceptional bourbon of rich, spicy and fruity flavor with a mellow taste and smooth finish. Four Roses Small Batch received a Five Star rating by the Spirit Journal.

Eagle Rare Bourbon – Rare Eagle has a brilliant amber color and has rich polished aromas of coconut crème brulee, buttery nuts, dried apples and pears, and elegant brown spices follow through to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with layers of chocolate, figs, and nuts. Finishes with a very long, peppery spice, grain, honeyed tea, and mineral driven fade. A vigorous and flavorful bourbon that demands attention. “Easily one of the most tactile yet assertive and expressive Bourbons.” Paul Pacult, The Spirit Journal. International Review of Spirits Award: Gold Medal … RATING: 93 points (Exceptional) … Beverage Testing Institute

Buffalo Trace Bourbon - Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is expertly crafted with the finest Kentucky and Indiana corn, selected rye, and superior malted barley. Together, these grains represent the company’s unique mash bill–a trade secret known only by those craftsmen responsible for producing this highest-quality whiskey. Light bronze in color with streaks of gold, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bears a complex aroma of vanilla, mint, and molasses. Its taste is pleasantly sweet and contains notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak and leather.

(ri)1 Rye Whiskey - (rî)1 Whiskey elevates the ultra-premium whiskey category, offering consumers a refined flavor, a striking look and a new take on cocktail couture. (rî)1 is a blend of several different ages (minimum 4.5 years) to create a uniquely smooth and sophisticated flavor. The deliberate blending of several different ages creates a higher proof; spicy, yet lighter rye taste; and long, luxurious finish that declares (rî)1 as the definition to which other rye whiskies should aspire. Recent awards & accolades include a Double Gold Medal at the 2009 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a Gold Medal at the 2009 International Review of Spirits, and a Bronze Medal at the 2008 Beverage World's Global Packaging Awards.

Bernheim Wheat Whiskey - In order to be classified as a wheat whiskey, 51% or more of the grain makeup of the grain recipe must be wheat. 90 proof Bernheim’s wheat content sits right at 51%, with the remaining 49% coming from predominantly corn and barley. Bernheim Wheat Whiskey uses soft winter wheat in its recipe to deliver a smooth, sweet taste. This one-of-a-kind whiskey is hand-crafted according to the traditions that our Master-Distillers have been practicing for seven generations. Bernheim is crisp and light with graham cracker, lemon pie, all spice, and toasted oak. Bernheim is beautifully balanced, and the flavors are well defined with lemon candy, vanilla, and light honey sweetness that isn’t sticky in the least.

Maker’s 46 - Aged to maturity, the 94 proof bourbon has a pleasant, sweet, toasty oak nose with caramel overtones and a more intense aroma without an alcohol nose. The taste is rich, creamy seared-oak flavors; caramel and vanilla notes linger on the front of the palate, but it is still soft enough to hold on the tongue even at 94 proof. It finishes long with a big mouth-watering oaky finish with a little spice without the bitter bite found in older whiskies.

Blanton’s Original Single Barrel - Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet with citrus and oak. A creamy vanilla nose features hints of nuts, caramel, orange and light chocolate. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons. Best served neat or on the rocks. Blanton’s Original Single Barrel is 93 proof.

Elijah Craig 18 Year Old Single Barrel - The oldest Single Barrel Bourbon in the world at 18 years, Elijah Craig Single Barrel is a rare marvel of whiskey-making. Only a handful of the millions of aging Bourbon barrels are allowed to mature this long, resulting in an extremely complex, layered sensory experience. The barrels are hand selected by Parker and Craig Beam, and after 18 years of Kentucky seasons nearly 2/3 of the contents of the barrel have evaporated into “Angel's Share”!

Knob Creek – Part of the Jim Beam Small Batch Series,Knob Creek is named after the boyhood home of Abraham Lincoln. Knob Creek ultra-premium bourbon is aged at 9 years and hand bottled at 100 proof. Knob Creek has a woody and sweet flavor. Jim Beam Small Batch Series

Baker’s – Named after Baker Beam, Jim Beam’s nephew, Baker’s is made from a family recipe that has been in the Jim Beam family for generations. Aged at 7 years and hand bottled at 107 proof, Baker’s has a smooth silky texture and a warm, mellow flavor. Bakers full-body and balanced taste make it a preferred after-dinner drink. Jim Beam Small Batch Series

Booker’s – Named after the former Master Distiller, Booker Noe, who was born in Kentucky in 1929 and was the grandson of the legendary Jim Beam, Booker’s is the first bourbon bottled straight from the barrel and is uncut and unfiltered. Aged as long as the Master Distiller sees fit (typically between 6 – 8 years), the bourbon is taken from the “center cut” in the rackhouse. It is bottled at natural barrel strength (between 121 and 127 proof) and is considered by many to be the finest, rarest “absolute” bourbon. Jim Beam Small Batch Series

Basil Hayden – Named after the distiller who made his way to Kentucky in 1790, Basil Hayden’s is part of Jim Beam’s premium bourbon line. It is aged at 8 years and bottled at 80 proof. The high percentage of rye in the mash bill gives Basil Hayden a remarkably spicy and sweet flavor. Jim Beam Small Batch Series

Bulleit Bourbon - Bulleit is made by following the small-batch technique inspired by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. The bourbon’s subtlety and complexity stem from its unique blend of rye, corn and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast. Because Bulleit Bourbon is especially high in rye content, it has a bold and spicy character with a distinctively smooth, clean finish. The hints of oak and spice, the russet color, the crisp, clean flavor that feels smooth in the throat, the notes of vanilla and honey - all add up to a bourbon that has a distinct and individual character. The complex taste of Bulleit Bourbon is something that can only be appreciated once tried.

Woodford Reserve -Woodford Reserve is a premium small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Each bottle is numbered with a batch number and bottle number. The nose is quite woody and has light notes of charcoal and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is smooth with a subtle spice flavor. It has a delicate woody sweetness, but not quite as potent as the nose. The finish is long and dry with a flowery twist. A hint of wood still lingers. At the San Francisco World Spirits Competition Woodford Reserve won a double gold medal in 2005 and it has since won gold (2006–2007) and silver medals at this annual event (2008, 2010). Spirits ratings aggregator, which averages scores from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Wine Enthusiast, the Beverage Testing Institute, and others, ranks Woodford Reserve in its highest ("Tier 1") scoring category. Woodford Reserve is 90.4 proof.

Michter’s 10 Year-Old Single Barrel Bourbon - The "Best American Whiskey" in one of the year-end ratings by Food & Wine magazine, this rare single-barrel bourbon is distilled according to the Michter's tradition and quality standards dating back to the year 1753, over a decade before the Declaration of Independence was signed.
